Shipment

A shipments can go inside Germany and into the EU countries abroad.

The shipment costs include also teh packaging.

For unframed pictures are a pair of cotton gloves added for a save print handling.

NOTE: Especially for the larger prints it is recommended to have those professionally mounted and/or framed.

The standard shipment is done with the Post AG (DHL), the partner for save and fast transport including tracking.

Inside Germany

(Without island of Helgoland, territory of Büsingen)

The standard shipment costs for rolled pictures are 10.00 EUR.

The standard shipment costs for flat send pictures (<=110x50cm) costs are 10.00 EUR.
The standard shipment costs for flat send pictures (<=190cm length and net girth (= 1x length + 2x width + 2x height) <=360 cm) are 30.00 EUR.

You can any time track the processing and delivery state under www.dhl.de/sendungsverfolgung.
The shipment number (tracking number) will be provided with the delivery confirmation.

DHL shipments are for the case of loss or damage by default insured with 500 EUR.
In case the shipment value exceeds 500 EUR is the shipment insurance without extra costs automatically increased up to 2,500 EUR.

Cash on delivery shipments have an increased shipment cost of additonal 10.00 EUR.

Sample pictures incl. shipment are available for all-inclusive 10.00 EUR per picture.

Into EU Countries

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland,
France (incl. Monaco), Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta,
Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden,
United Kingdom and Northern Ireland

Excluded EU exceptional territories:
- Territories not belonging to the EU customs territory.
- Territories in context of sales taxes.

The standard shipment costs for rolled pictures are 20.00 EUR.

The standard shipment costs for flat send pictures (<=110x50cm) are 20.00 EUR.

DHL shipments are for the case of loss or damage insured with 500 EUR.
