  • At the moment, I do not own a digital camera of this format. But regarding resolution and, starting from about 6x4.5, also due to the optical difference (as with analog), it is almost only a matter of time and price.

  • At the moment, I do not own a half frame camera. But long term, I might look into the a half frame system.

  • I currently see no real point in using the small medium format between 35mm (135 film) and the larger medium formats ( >= 6x6). Only with 35mm film would it make some sense. But you never know.
Cameras (analog Large Format 18x24 cm, 8x10 '')

  • Cameras (analog Large Format 18x24 cm, 8x10 '') I currently see no real point in using the 8x10 '' (18x24 cm) format. The film holders are very expensive, my enlarger can not handle it and the format does not provide the extra value between the small Large Format and the Ultra Large Format. But you never know.
